We suggest a donation of € 850 (or more). In this way we can invite people from Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia to join us in the retreat. And we will be able to support selected peace projects in Bosnia-Herzegovina after the retreat.
To only cover the costs a minimum of € 700 is necessary.

The donation includes: all transportation during the retreat, entry tickets, food and and three (extra) nights at hotel Saraj in Sarajevo. The administrative and logistical costs of the retreat and its local staff.
It provides for honorariums and travel costs needed to bring selected leaders from Bosnia and Serbia, scholarships for local participants and some guests, training for local people.
Travel to Sarajevo and your stay in Sarajevo on May 7th, May 8th or May 12th are not included in the fee (see the tab ‘What Your Donation Includes’ for more details).
We recommend you to stay in
The organizational staff will be based in Hotel Saraj and we will meet there on Sunday the 7th of May for the Check-in. On Monday the 8th of May we meet each other there to start the retreat and we will be hosted the whole week at this hotel, where we will celebrate our goodbye dinner together on Friday 12th of May.
Please fill out the registration form below. When you fill out the registration form please help us with room assignments by filling in your gender. Priority is given to couples for the doubles. If you are attending the retreat as a couple, please list your roommate and select “yes” on the couple’s button in the Registration Form.
