4 day Compassion Training
June 2-3, 2017 and
November 25-26, 2017
During this four-day training we practice (self) compassion with the intention to be in good relationship with ourselves, so we can create space to be with the suffering of others. Without getting caught up in the ‘story’, ‘drama’ where we can feel faced with.
The training is led by Zen Peacemaker Anja Kat.
